WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

Week One: Self-Love/Reconnection
Our first week's focus is beautiful YOU - reconnecting with those things that make you awesome and igniting your belief, value and purpose. We will also begin to incorporate some basic breath work principles that we will build upon throughout the bootcamp.

Week Two: 7 Day Positive Thought & Speech Challenge
Week two, we will embark on a 7-Day positive thought challenge - capturing your thoughts and words in the moment and rerouting them in a positive direction.

Week Three: Sensory Engagement
Week 3's focus is on our senses, an important tools to support your victory mindset thinking.

Week Four: Your M.A.P. (Meditation - Application - Practice)
Week 4 will focus on meditation (the biblical kind), as well as how to apply your victory mindset in practical applications as you continue to practice and hone your victory mindset tools.

Additionally, there will be a WEEKLY VIDEO, DAILY MOTIVATIONAL MESSAGES, a private FACEBOOK GROUP and a WEEKLY ZOOM call (Mondays at 5:30PM PST) to build community and support on your journey!

FAQ

  • My schedule is crazy busy, will I have time?

    The beautiful thing about the Victory Mindset Bootcamp is that the majority of the “work” takes place as you are living your life. There is a morning message that will be sent via text (2-5 minutes) and a weekly video (under 30 minutes). You will also have a weekly worksheet, but in general the work should take less than 15 minutes each day with 30 minutes on the weekend to review the lesson for the upcoming week.

  • What if I am not able to make the weekly calls?

    All of the Zoom calls will be recorded and sent to you on Monday night.

  • How many people are in each session?

    Each session is capped at 20 participants to allow for community and individual feedback on the journey.

  • Is there a money-back guarantee?

    The program only works if you are engaged in and excited about the content. If you are not satisfied with the program after the first Zoom call, you may request a refund of your money. Refund requests must be processed before the second Zoom call.
